Is your client eligible for Free Certificate III training through the Productivity Places Program for Jobseekers? If so, we are approved to provide the Certificate III in Tourism (Retail Travel Sales) SIT30207 under the Productivity Places Program for 2011. See below for more information and to download application forms.

Do you need regional training? We have a state of the art mobile coffee van which allows us to deliver quality barista training to regional SA including the Barossa Valley, Victor Harbor, Port Lincoln, Kadina, Gawler, the Riverland and Mt Gambier.  We can deliver coffee/barista only courses, short hospitality or tourism courses for employment in local cafes, hotels, bed n breakfasts, tourist attractions/destinations etc or entire certificates. Short courses 2012 enrolment procedures:

1. Check the short hospitality course fees and schedule
2. Contact us on 8271 0060 to confirm availability
3. Download a JSA short course enrolment form and  please read the terms and conditions on the form carefully before passing it on to your client to complete.
4. Either raise a Purchase Order and fax it to us on 8271 0046 with the enrolment form OR you can make payment over the phone on 8271 0060 and post the enrolment form to us.
5. We will then confirm the place with YOU, and send you a Tax Invoice.
6. It is your responsibility to ensure the job seeker turns up on time, on the dates specified.

Certificate level enrolment procedures: Contact us on 8271 0060 for information on the possibility of enrolling your client under other funding arrangemens  e.g productiveiyt Places program Jobseekers or the Youth Compact.

PPP for Jobseekers 2011

We are pleased to announce that we have been successful to deliver the following qualifications under the PPP program.  All candidates must be enrolled by 30^th June 2011.

Certificate III in Tourism (Retail Travel Sales): (20 weeks) Intakes every 2-3 weeks.  Employment outcomes for this course include Retail Travel Agency, Airline reservations, Fares and Ticketing, Tour Reservations etc.  This is an administrative and high level of customer service is required.

Our experience in the Travel and Tourism industry, both as employers and recruiters, is that a successful candidate for employment has the following personal attributes in addition to our high quality training:

• High level social skills
• High literacy skills (comprehension and reading)
• High numeracy skills (mental and electronic)
• English Language skills
• Computer literacy
• Excellent self motivation
• Passion for the Travel industry

Due to limited places and to maximize the best employment outcomes for your client we will be interviewing and providing a basic skills test to each job seeker before accepting them for enrolment into either of the above courses.

1. Please download an APPROVAL FORM FOR JSA TOURISM PPP 2011- JSA to complete
2. Download an ENROLMEMT FORM FOR PPP 2011 – client to complete IN FULL (ignore payment options)
3. Fax both forms to 8271 0046. We will contact your client to arrange for an interview.
